What happens when I check availability?
The Whitetail Lodge team follows up with room availability and next steps. No payment is collected through this form, and submitting a request does not confirm a reservation.
What does all-inclusive cover?
Your room, meals and refreshments, scheduled retreat sessions, circles and ceremonies, plus time to enjoy the lodge's pool, hot tub, and wooded trail. Optional one-on-one appointments are additional and require advance booking.
What kind of retreat is this?
Rooted Healing brings together reflection, intuition, and spiritual exploration. The program includes journaling, forest walks, meditation, a Gallery Circle of Spirit messages, and a Hunter's Moon fireside ceremony. There is also personal time throughout the retreat.
How do payment and cancellation work?

Can I attend for just one day?
Rooted Healing is offered as one complete retreat with lodging included. Individual-day registration is not available.
What should I bring?
Comfortable layers, walking shoes, a swimsuit, and a journal are a good place to start. Meals, snacks, and refreshments are included. Guests are welcome to bring their own soda or alcoholic beverages.
